Agency & reseller program

Sell websites you don't have to build twice.

Markio turns a client's existing website into a modern one you finish by chat. Run every client site from one agency workspace, pool the AI usage, and get a single monthly invoice while your retail pricing stays your business.

Agency plans are quoted, not self-serve. Building a single site is free to preview.

What the agency workspace does

Built around who pays and who can see what.

Workspace

One workspace for every client site

Clients group the sites you build for one business. The agency view lists each site with its status, its client, its domain, and whether it counts as billable this month.

Credits

Pooled AI, measured per site

Included credits pool at the agency and rise with your billable site count. Every generation, chat edit, and Google post proposal is recorded against the site that used it, so a quiet client never wastes another client's allowance.

Access

Everyone signs in as themselves

Each person on your team gets access through agency permissions. Owners and admins reach every client site, there is no impersonation, and there are no client credentials to pass around.

Billing

One invoice, your retail pricing

Markio invoices the agency for the platform fee and active sites. What you charge each client, and what you bundle around the site, stays yours.

Production workflow

From a client URL to a published site.

The same four steps whether it is the first client or the fiftieth.

  1. 01Paste

Start from the client's current site

Paste the URL. Markio reads the live pages for services, contact details, hours, and images, then builds an editable one-pager from that content.

  2. 02Chat

    Finish it by chat

Ask for the changes in plain language. Edits apply as typed operations against a structured document, so the client's real business facts survive the rewrite.

  3. 03Attach

    Attach it to the agency

Attaching moves billing and AI usage to the agency pool and files the site under the right client. The slug, images, and history stay where they were.

  4. 04Publish

    Publish and hand it over

Connect the client's domain, keep the lead inbox on your side or theirs, and manage the Google Business profile from the same login.

How billing works

A platform fee plus the sites that are live.

A site becomes billable when it is published, not when someone starts a draft. Test builds, demos, and abandoned experiments cost nothing.

Your included AI allowance pools at the agency and scales with the number of billable sites, so a busy month for one client draws on the same pool as a quiet month for another. Usage is still recorded per site, which is what tells you whether a client is worth what you charge them.

Historical invoices do not change when you remove a site later. Cancel a client in March and March still bills for March.

Email hello@usemarkio.com with roughly how many client sites you manage and we will quote the platform fee, per-site rate, and AI allowance together.

What isn't included

The limits, before you sell against them.

You would be staking real client relationships on this, so these are the gaps worth knowing about before you pitch anyone.

01

White-label portal

Your brand on your own portal domain, with branded login and email, is planned as a paid add-on after the reseller workflow proves out.

02

Client logins

Client user invitations to a single site are built but held back until an agency needs them. Agencies usually manage the first batch themselves.

03

Ecommerce

Markio builds brochure and local-presence sites. Storefronts, carts, and inventory are out of scope.

04

Downstream payments

Markio does not charge your clients or split revenue with you. You invoice them however you already do.

Start a pilot

Start with five clients, not a hundred.

A pilot of five to fifteen sites shows you what production actually costs: how fast a site gets approved, how much support a client needs, and what margin is left at your price.

FAQ

Agency program questions

Quoted plans, no client checkout, and no impersonation. The details agencies ask before they pitch a client.

01Who does Markio bill?

Markio bills the agency. Your clients never see a Markio checkout, and you set what you charge them, how you bundle it, and when you collect.

02How is the agency priced?

A monthly platform fee plus a rate for each active published client site, with a pooled AI allowance included. Pricing is quoted against your roster size, so email hello@usemarkio.com with an approximate site count.

03Is the platform white labeled?

Not yet. Today the agency workspace and client dashboard carry Markio branding, and a branded portal on your own domain is planned as a separately priced add-on. Ask about the current status before you plan a launch around it.

04Do agency staff log in as the client?

No. Each staff member uses their own Markio login and gets access through agency permissions. Passwords are never shared, and every privileged change is recorded with the person who made it.

05Can I move sites I already built on Markio into an agency?

Yes. Any site you own can be attached to your agency from the agency workspace. The site keeps its slug, images, and history, and its billing and AI usage move to the agency.

06What does a pilot look like?

Most agencies start with five to fifteen client sites before moving a larger book. That is enough to measure activation, support time, and margin on real clients.
